Admission Process

  • Applications for admission is made to the principal of the concerned branch on a prescribed form.The principal reserves any reason whatsoever ,to refuse admission to an applicant.
  • Admission to pre-primary classes and playgroup is made according to ageof the chid :
    • 2-3 years age for Playway
    • 4 years of age for Nursery
    • 5 years of age for the LKG/UKG.
    • A child's ability is also taken into consideration.
  • Admission to any class except pre-primary is made after pre-admission tests,and will be confirmed on production of a valid tranfer certificate from the previous institution.

Attendance, Absence, Fine and Re-admission Fees:

  • As regular attendence is an important requirement for succesful results,a written application for illness and other unforeseen circumstances,the guardian should inform the principal in writing as soon as possible.A minimum attendence of 90% of the total working days is required during the academic year,falling short of which thestudent will not be allowed to take the examination that year.
  • The name of a student who is absent for 15 days without leave shall be struck off the roll .On re-addmission fee of Rs 100/- will be charged .Rs 1/- per day will be charged as "absence fine".
  • A student whose name has been struck off for absence without leave and which is habitually late or persistently careless and indisciplined may not be re-admitted to the school.
  • Every student must be present on the reopening day after each vacation.
  • It is advisable to ensure that a student is not disturbed during examination days and is not asked to attend social functions.
  • No Student can leave the school premises during school hours without permission of principal ,which may be granted under exceptional circumstances ,based on written requests of parents .
  • The pricipal has the right to suspend a student ,The pricipal may also ask parents /guardians to withdraw their child from the scholl if his/her conduct or educational progress is not satisfactory.
  • All entries of absence ,late coming or half day leave should be made in the school diary and not on sheets of papers.
